Langdale Cafe & Restaurant offers you a casual country dining experience either in our attractive restaurant or outside in out pretty gardens.

Menus are updated regularly to reflect seasonal produce.

Coffee and cake, light snacks, brunch and full meals are available.

All bread, and cakes are baked on the premises. Coffee is freshly roasted for the restaurant by C4 in Christchurch.

   

There is also a wide selection of jams, chutneys and other goodies produced in our own kitchen for sale.

The Langdale wines are available for sale at out restaurant as are several other local wines. (Sandihurst and Braided River)

Owner and chef Lauren Carmichael has had extensive experience overseas and was formerly head chef at "Under the Red Verandah", Christchurch.

Her style has a mediterranean influence and that combines well with the vineyard setting.

Lauren is assisted by Natasha Greine who also comes from Under the Red Verandah and makes all our outstanding breads and cakes.

The restaurant is well suited to children with a playground and a healthy children's menus.
