Each wedding at Langdale Vineyard Restaurant is individually
planned to meet your needs and budget and to make sure everything
goes the way you planned it on this special occasion. Langdale’s
Chefs have designed a range of menus for you to choose from
and are happy to accommodate and assist with any changes you
may like to make.
The information that follows is designed to answer some of
your questions and to help you in considering Langdale Vineyard
Restaurant and Winery for your wedding.
About
Us
- Langdale is set among the vineyard and surrounded by
established trees and gardens only 20 minutes from Christchurch
at West Melton.
- It is a popular wedding/ event venue.
- Our cuisine is creative using fresh local produce and
is complimented by an extensive wine list highlighting locally
produced wines.
- It is possible to dine in our gardens surrounded by roses
and lavander or take advantage of seating in our restaurant
area or winery hall.
- The surrounds provide ideal photo opportunities.
- The range of menus include finger foods, buffets, table
service menus and B.B.Q’s.

Planning
Your Special Event.
- Number of guests. Langdale can comfortably seat up to 130.
- Menus. A wide range to choose from or talk to the chef/owner
who will help you design your own special menu.
- Bar. Fully licensed we can offer afull range of alcoholic
and non-alcoholic beverages at a reasonable rate.
- Entertainment. Live bands, D.J.’s’ or other
musicians or entertainers are welcome. We can provide music
from our sound system or you can bring your own C.D’s
or ipod.
- Payment terms. To confirm your booking we require a $400.00
deposit (nonrefundable)
Full payment is required at the completion of your event.
Cheque, credit card or eftpos are accepted.
Venue hire. For exclusive use -
- monday - friday $750.00
- saturday, $950.00
- sunday, P.O.A.
- after midnight there is a surcharge of $100.00 per hour.
Langdale is available for hire on staturatory holidays but
there is a 20% surcharge.
Venue hire includes tables, linen clothes and napkins.
